Job Description
As a Senior Business Developer at Catalyst, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering customized digital marketing solutions that align with our clients’ goals. Your expertise in digital marketing and sales will be essential in helping our clients achieve their business objectives while contributing to Catalyst’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose tailored digital marketing solutions.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and sales presentations that clearly articulate the value of Catalyst’s services.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies to provide clients with the most relevant and effective solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams (marketing, content, design) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the digital marketing industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge: Good understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web design.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex digital marketing concepts to clients.
Network: A well-established network within the industry and a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
