As we expand our dynamic team, we are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join us. Job Description: Catalyst is seeking a highly creative and innovative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for branding, logo design, and crafting visually compelling brand identities. A strong command of Adobe Illustrator is essential, along with expertise in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance the design process. You will play a pivotal role in developing creative assets that resonate with our audience and elevate the company’s visual presence. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop cohesive brand identities, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines. - Create mockups and presentations to showcase branding concepts and secure client approval. - Design high-quality visuals for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing collateral, brochures, banners, and presentations. - Use AI-powered tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly) to enhance creativity and speed up workflows. - Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop innovative concepts and campaigns. - Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and design perspectives. - Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring a modern touch to all projects. Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, logo design, and identity projects. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop; experience with other Adobe Creative Suite tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects) is a plus. - Familiarity with AI design tools such as MidJourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms. - Exceptional creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for detail, composition, and typography. - Strong understanding of design principles, branding strategies, and marketing objectives. - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent communication skills to present ideas, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively.
